Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases.

  • If the product is soiled or damaged

Regarding initial failure of mechanical watches

At our shop, we will correspond according to the warranty content and period based on the regular manufacturer's warranty. Please note that even if the product you purchased has an initial defect, it will be repaired by the manufacturer.

Wristwatches belong to the category of precision equipment, and many of them are special. Unlike electrical appliances and industrial products, "initial failure = replacement" does not apply. Due to the nature of precision equipment, parts as thin as one-third of a human hair are assembled by hand, making them extremely delicate.

Also, the higher the price, the more complicated and manual work is involved. High-priced watches with complicated mechanisms are very popular, but they are often misadjusted. However, it does not mean that expensive watches that are prone to such defects are "defective" or "poor". The major difference between wristwatches and general industrial products is that the higher the price, the higher the possibility of failure.

Of course, it doesn't mean that it will always break, but there is a possibility that troubles and failures will occur immediately after purchase, and products are sold on the premise that failure itself may occur. For this reason, the manufacturer's warranty includes free repairs for natural failures within the period.
(*In the case of failure due to the exterior or usage, it is not covered by the warranty.)

It's an extreme story, but even if a spontaneous failure occurs the day after the purchase date, it will be repaired by the manufacturer instead of being replaced.
Please check the characteristics of these watches and the manufacturer's warranty before purchasing the product.

<Caution>

  1. After sending the product to the manufacturer, the manufacturer will check the condition of the watch. In that case, it may be judged that the defect is caused by the customer rather than a natural failure. Thorough verification is carried out, including the shocks that have actually been applied to the opportunity. If the manufacturer determines that the product is defective due to an accident during use, it may be repaired for a fee regardless of the content of the customer's self-report. Please note.
  2. Please be aware that it takes a considerable amount of time, including the time it takes to send the product back to the manufacturer, even for initial defective repairs, from the time the product is accepted for repair until the product is returned to the customer.

If there is an accident such as damage during delivery, please contact us. We will send you a new product as soon as possible at our expense.
