The name "Luminol" comes from the luminous substance used for the indexes and hands. A completely new and unique case style has been devised, and the unique beauty is the concept, and the innovative and timeless design code is the origin of "Luminor".
LUMINOR DUELuminor Due
"Luminor Due" debuted in 2016. The thickness of the case is designed to be about 40% thinner than the "Luminor" series, and the sharp and elegant details make it a series that can be worn by men and women of all ages.
SUBMERSIBLESubmersible
"Submersible" has been announced as a derivative model of "Luminor" and has gained popularity. The tough and massive design attracts many panelists. It is truly a collection full of presence that lives up to the name of professional divers.
RADIOMIRradiomir
Panerai's first watch with high fluorescence, invented in 1938. Although it does not have gorgeous decorations or details that are conscious of trends, it is a masterpiece that is handed down as a pioneer of military watches.

1860年、イタリアのフィレンツェにて創業したパネライは、イタリアンデザインとスイスの製時計技術を融合させたウォッチメゾンです。
パネライはジョバンニ・パネライによって創業されました。当初は時計販売と修理を行う小さな時計店としてスタートしましたが、イタリア海軍と提携したことでパネライの未来は大きく変わりました。1936年、海軍特殊潜水部隊の要請を受けて、世界初のプロフェッショナルダイバーズウォッチ「ラジオミール」を開発。この時計は視認性の高い蛍光塗料を用いた文字盤と優れた防水性能を備え、過酷な潜水環境に耐えられる設計が施されていました。1940年代にはさらに改良された「ルミノール」が登場。このルミノールは後にブランドを象徴するアイコンモデルとなりました。
現在、パネライの主力シリーズには、「ルミノール」「ルミノール ドゥエ」「ラジオミール」「サブマーシブル」があります。
パネライの最大の特徴は一目でわかる美しいデザイン。スイスの時計製造技術を融合させたこのタイムピースは多くの時計ブランドに影響を与えてきました。丸みを帯びたクッション型ケースやシンプルで視認性の高い文字盤は、他にはない独特の美しさを持っています。また、ルミノールシリーズに見られる特許取得のリューズプロテクターは、機能性とデザイン性を両立させた革新的な発明です。
