Montbrillant 38 [New in 2019]

A very classic model Montbrillant in the style of the 1940s. The name "Montbrillant" comes from "Montbrillant Street" that can be seen from La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland, where the Breitling headquarters was at the time.

Breitling, which has built a history of wristwatch chronographs (stopwatch functions), has been responsible for many developments and productions at Montbrillant. Chronograph is a feature that continues to be used in many Breitling watches. It's cool that the place name of "origin of history" is used.

This series has been supported by many people for a long time, but it was renewed in 2019.

The big change is the hands and the brand logo. The typeface of the brand name and the B logo at 12 o'clock recall the previous appearance of Montbrillant.
Also, the vertical lines on the silver dial are no longer visible, and I feel that the color has changed to a slightly creamy color. It may just look that way with my own eyes, but I would like anyone who considers it to see the difference. The difference is so small that you can't tell unless you compare the real thing.









It hasn't been long since it arrived, but I think the gold needle is one of the big attractions that makes it more popular with women.







The central 'red decimal meter', which is only used in Montbrillant, is still present.









Of course, for men who are looking for a smaller Breitling, 38mm is a classic and easy to wear size.
