While Breitling has undergone a full model change of each model, the long-awaited "Super Ocean" has appeared.

This time, I would like to compare the new and old Super Ocean while explaining the product.

dial design

The design of the dial has changed significantly this time.

The inner bezel has been changed to white, and all Superocean bezels are made of ceramic.
The dial, which used to look big, now looks neat and toned.

The long hand has an eye-catching square design.
Inspired by Breitling's "Slow Motion" in the 1960s.

1960s model "Slow Motion". It got its name from the fact that the central chronograph hand completes one turn every hour. (Normally, one lap takes 1 minute.)

All models of this NEW Super Ocean have 3 hands , and you can catch a glimpse of this slow motion design on the minute hand. In addition, the logo part has been revived as the B logo from the 1960s from the wing of the wing.

As a strap material, you can choose a bracelet or a rubber type, except for limited editions.
The big change this time is that the rubber model is only the buckle type.

The 36mm rubber of the previous model was a buckle type, so the 36mm buckle type is a must-see this time. In addition, the NEW Super Ocean has an adjuster function that seems to be a diver's watch for breath and rubber.

In addition, the finish of the bracelet has been changed from the previous matte finish to a combination finish with polish. The polished finish can also be used in formal styles, and the range of coordination such as matching a diver's watch with a suit may be expanded.

Waterproof performance

NEW Super Ocean is easy to understand, and all models are unified with 300m waterproof.
Until now, the waterproof performance of each case has varied depending on the size of the case, and we have developed a wide range of waterproofs from 200m to 2000m, meeting the needs of deep divers. This time, the waterproof performance is 300m for all sizes, but the case is thinner. (Only 36mm, unfortunately, became thicker due to the increased waterproofing, but...)
As for 44mm and 46mm, it has become thinner than 1mm this time.

While maintaining the waterproof performance of 300m, this is a model change that focuses on the comfort and appearance of a diver's watch.

Abundant color development

Super Ocean announced in 4 sizes (36mm, 42mm, 44mm, 46mm) this time.
The size you can choose is also attractive, but more than that, this time it is characterized by a wide variety of colors such as black, blue, white, khaki, turquoise, and orange. The first bronze model is scheduled to appear in October, and many customers are worried about rubber or bracelets, but it seems that the color is also a problem this time.
