Mr. Yoshihide Muroya , who fought with the expectations of the Japanese people on his back, won the home race again this time!



The result of this race was unknown until the very end, until fellow pilot Matt Hall, who won the overall victory, flew to the final round of the fourth race. Mr. Muroya finished in 2nd place overall, only 1 point away from 1st place, and won 3 out of 4 races in this tournament. It is the strength of the masterpiece.

This is a model that has been discontinued for some time.
I think it's the last arrival.















In 1962, this watch was worn by astronaut Scott Carpenter, who became the second American to orbit the Earth. Of course, it has specs for use in space, and is a rare Navitimer with history and specs to enjoy.



Because there is no gravity in space, automatic rotors do not work. For that reason, this is a "hand-wound" movement.











Looking at the index, it is a 24-hour display that allows you to distinguish between day and night on the ground in outer space. It is a special machine in which the hour hand goes around in 24 hours.



Currently, chronograph models equipped with in-house developed and manufactured movements always have a "different color" between the dial color and the in-dial. quite valuable inside.
