The "Mosquito" introduced this time is a rare model that has been designed from two elements that pay homage to Mosquito from the British company de Havilland.

At the same time as the time when this famous watch was produced, the British aircraft de Havilland Mosquito, whose fuselage was made of wood to reduce weight, was also active. It is said to be the fastest aircraft to fly during World War II.











The Aviator 8 Mosquito features a 43mm stainless steel case with a satin-finished black ADLC-coated stainless steel bezel.









ADLC coating is a "scratch-resistant" and "strong" coating that is as hard as diamond. The point is that it has a deeper color than DLC coating. There are some concerns about the use of black coating on the case, but rest assured that it is a process that we can recommend with confidence.







It also features a contrasting face and easy-to-read numbers. The bezel features practical red pointers, indexes and Arabic numerals. Accent colors are inspired by mosquito coloring. The dial at 3 o'clock has excellent chronograph readings every five minutes. A watch for pilots.
